I used to try to collecting each position for each plate block of 4 from the 20 and 22 cent period but just couldn't keep up.

Recently I have been licking and sticking them. I still have a bunch and was wondering if there are other active collectors out there

My guess he is using them as postage, 50's through 80's plate blocks are scrap postage, ask me how I know

A couple of the 20c-22c PBs have a modest premium. For examples, the 20c Jackie Robinson, 22c CPA stamp, 22c horses...

Aye, I collect plate blocks (but not by number/position). I got started by my mother. I don't add much to it nowadays, mostly classic stamps and early airmails.
