I start all my ebay listings at .99c. That way it's a free listing, so if you don't sell, you don't pay fees. Are these different colours or perfs? That info might make the items more inviting.

I agree with Jeff. If the stamps are perf 11 (design measuring 19x22mm), they are Scott J72 with a used catalog value of $2.75. If they are perf 11x10.5 (design measuring 19x22.5mm) they are Scott J82 with a used catalog value of $.20. If they are J72, you might get a buyer if you follow jamesw's advice and offer free shipping. If they are J82, I wouldn't even bother listing them unless you group them with something else.
