These 2 look different, but I think that the second is just faded.
They are probably both #63 blue. Any opinions?

Yup, I'm pretty sure these are blue. The ultramarine is kind of purply and the dark blue is, well, dark. The Swedish Tiger has some good examples of the color differences.

Agreed. #63, blue. Cat $50.

The second stamp was likely soaked in a detergent of some type, which caused the fading. Both stamps appear to have been re-perfed.
