This has four characters that I have not been able to find (not been a fun afternoon for finding IDs). Could this be another Postal Savings overprint. Does anyone know or perhaps have a Scott ID if it is not postal savings. Thanks as always - Jeff

This one is definitely overprinted for postal savings use. All the characters are correct. However, the font style is not one I recognize at all; so I cannot ID the province for you. Parts of some characters are a bit crude for an unknown reason.

This is what I did with my unidentified Chinese overprints many years ago. Most of them were all tossed in a bunch of glassines/envelopes and put in an unmarked bin with assorted other items inside a box that looks like several other boxes, and then placed in some location behind a wall of boxes that are at least 2-3 deep in most places. Even if I WANTED to find them...

Doing a dozen or so of these every once in a while is OK, but going through hundreds or thousands of them...
