Hi Everyone,

I was sorting through a batch of W/W Airmail stamps and ran across this....

What is it?
Looks like it could be some sort of Airmail Ettiquite.
I like it and will probably put it in with my France Airmails - but where- what year?

Any info about it will be appreciated.

Guvnemer is a city in Algeria. Perhaps to due with the former French colony? Just a stab.

It's a private issue/vignette/cinderella from 1920.

George Guynemer- french pilot, I. WW. Issued in mai 1920, for the Paris-London route. There is an overprinted version, from oct. 1920:
