Found this in the back of the album. I can't seem to locate it in Scott's, Michel, or online. I'm guessing it's Swiss? Anyone know anything about this one? Thanks!

stamps101 Hello, I think it is cut from a postal stationery envelope. I tthink I have one. I will look for it and post a scan.
