Horamkhet,

The first three on the top row and last two on the bottom make up a set of 5 stamps of Israel Nature Reserves.
Issued 21st January 1970.
Perf 13x14 with phosphor. Photogravure.
Cat alogue value is just a shade above the minimum.

The first stamp on the bottom row commemorates 50 years of the Jewish agency.
Issued on 4th September 1979.
Perf 14x13 with Phosphor. Photogravure.
Minimum catalogue value.

The last three on the top row are the annual Festivals set issued on 4th September 1979.
Perf 13x14 with phosphor. Photogravure.
Catalogue value about $3

The information tags, as you so nicely put it, are called Tabs. All Israel stamps issued in sheet form have descriptive Tabs. Search 'Tabs' or 'Israel Tabs' here at SCF and you will find out more.

A nice little gift you received.
