Every once in a while I find something that crosses into two or more of my hobbies. An example of this would be an outdoorsman that also collects stamps collecting duck stamps.I have just found one that covers three of my hobbies.

The first two are kind of obvious... stamps and coins/medals. The third one is not so obvious. The medal is of Johm Adams. I am into genealogy and John Adams is my 4th cousin 7 times removed.

If you have anything that links your hobbies together I'd love to see them.

Richard

I also collect Elongated coins. I have some from the National Postal Musuem and the Old Postoffice Clocktower in Washington DC. Those tie in well with stamp collecting. I also collect World Fair admission tickets ie. 1876 centennial fair, 1893 world columbian expo, and 1933 Century of progress are ones I own.

The only thing I can think of that joins stamps and coins (my two hobbies) are PNC's. As I don't collect these I have nothing to link the two together, other than the link in my signature line. LOL

I will try to scan in some pics over the weekend. I have thought of trying to make my own PNC's. But am not sure how to begin and do not own any to examine.
