I have to confess that even though I do jump on the forum many times during the day..my stamp collection has slowed down a bit...its warm..i have outdoor activities..its easier to post on the forum than get all the "stuff" out ..but I enjoy the little trades etc ;

I understand fully philb

I work 80 hrs a week and am a fanatical gardener so I have pretty well no time to work on stamps and when I do I'm too tired to concentrate so I come chat with you guys.

Between yard work and summer activities my stamp-sorting has come to a screeching halt. When I get home from work I usually log on here instead of working on my collection. Time well spent, though, I must say

I always put two hours aside for my stamp collecting.

From 4:30 am to about 5:30, I sort the new stamps that need to
go into my albums.

From 6:30 pm to 7:3o pm, I lick and stick the
stamps into the albums.

Something like inner peace and serenity through stamp collecting?

I am guilty as well. Between work, household chores, and a 22 month old active son I spend more time logged on the boards than actual time with my stamps. I can't wait to get home & check the mail to see if something has arrived besides a bill. IE. Linn's, APS magazine, or some other stamp related item.
