Not just an attractive advertising cover, but a scarce commercial (non-philatelic) usage of Scott 323 (Louisiana Purchase Expo.) Back-stamped "Chester VT". Flap is unsealed so likely advertisement insert which accounts for one cent postage. Cover has not been trimmed. Scan makes it look that way. Near perfect condition.

Hello Grayslate, I used to live about 8 miles from Chester. I really love the old advertising covers and that is a fine one and the condition makes it even better.
