No.
I would call this a stamp with Tab [or adjoining label]. If inbetween two stamps, it's a gutter.

A Cinderella cannot be affixed to a postage stamp no matter what some ebay sellers would like us believe !

Londonbus1...and they hate being told too !

Nice to know a proper term for something. Thanks londonbus!

Nice stamp and adjoining label (sounds better to me that way). Just because I am not familiar with tabs and such from Israel and other countries?

On U.S. stamps, "labels" (as they are referred to in the Scott catalog) are most often associated with booklet stamps.

The left portion of the stamp is absolutely necessary for the stamp to be complete. So my question is--is it really a tab? Both portions are necessary for the event being commemorated. Why would it not be a stamp which for some reason has a perforation down the middle. Evidently, someone thought this would be "cute". (Aside--I am not a fan of "cute")
