I don't think this is an overprint but maybe the purple print "CANRADOS" translates to cancelled?

I had to look up the word Telegrafos, and that translates to telegraph, so then I had to look up the definition of a telegraph. LOL. I am guessing the image on the stamps is a shield or maybe the Countries symbol?

Hi,

This stamp has been cancelled in Cambados in Galicia in Spain.

The design has lightning flashes on top of the arms of Spain.
