I found this stamp interesting. I looked up the Overprint word: Winterhilfe and found this definition:

Winterhilfe: (Ger.) overprint on stamps of Austria and Germany, semipostal to help the poor in winter.

So let me see if I understand since I am still really new to Overprints... The +2g in black, must be the additional "surcharge" amount that will go towards the poor in the wintertime?

Did I get an A+ LOLOL. I bet I didn't.
