Looked up Tjeneste and the translation was service, so I am not sure what kind of stamp, maybe revenue. Can anyone help with a Scott or else SG number. Thanks as always - Jeff

Not a Norwegian stamp, the spelling in FRIMÆRKE is not Norwegian (would have been FRIMERKE).
