Hi Everyone,
I like triangle stamps, and would love to see some of yours!

Anyway, I pulled this one (2) out of a bag and noticed that the center between the two where you could usually tear the two stamps apart, that it cannot. See photo to find out why.

All comments welcomed!

Hi! It's really only one stamp with a semi-perforated label that's not meant to be separated. The other half doesn't have a face value. There's a number of examples from Russia, Eastern Europe and other countries that have attached labels for a variety of purposes. The Scott catalog (#3162) will have a description of this. This is part of a se-tenet of three stamps. The other two not shown here are true triangle stamps, Scott 3163-3164.

Thank you so much Battlestamps!
I copied your information regarding the stamp and created a nice Word Doc with a picture of the stamp.

I really appreciate it. With your information, I was able to go right to the page in my Scott Catalog! Thank you so much!

Hi rod222,
That's a beautiful souvenir sheet! I will remember the term "part perforation".

Thank you so much!

Rodney - just to tidy up your ID of the Russian sheet, it is SG MS3981 of 1971.
