Ever since I first saw them as a teenager, I have always wanted the 1976 Bicentennial Souvenir Sheet.

Well, thanks to an ebay auction I was able to snatch up the sheets for only $7.00. They came in the mail on Friday.

I was great to fill that hole in my collection and finally finish 1976!

Congratulations Andy! It's a great feeling being able to fill those empty album spaces.

The mounts cost more than the stamps! I've been staring at them since I was about 15 years old. Stamp Collecting took a back door to child raising, but now that the kids are older (8 and 10), I have time to fire things up again.

Now if I can just get the kids on board and help raise another generation of stamp collectors....

Funny thing is, my dad never collected stamps. I just saw a H E Harris kit one day as a very small kid and the rest is history.
