Kind of a nice octagonal SON cancellation, but can anyone decipher this postmark - I see Two Rivers but can't see if there is a state there or not.

two rivers, washington ?

Unusual US postmark?

Here is the location of two rivers wash
you may recognise it, across the river from Jump off Joe :)
although I tend to agree with khj, looks like wis.

Do you think the Wisc goes left to right khj? Maybe I was trying to read it backwards. There is a real Two Rives Wisconsin.

Rod could very well be right. Since it's a little smudged, it could be Washington or Wisconsin. That was before the days of the two-letter state abbreviations.

Will need someone who is familiar with postmarks to chime in. I primarily deal with what's under the postmark.

Looking more closely, the second letter is an "I"
I'd bet Kim's wallet it's WIS.

I'd agree with Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

Although it has nothing to do with the postmark shown, I found this an interesting period tourism piece on that community as contained on the reverse side of a cover (circa 1940's):
