Horamakhet,
The only thing the Scott Specialized indicates is a double transfer. I don't think you have it but something else. Do you have multiple copies, duplicates? If so, you may want to get a cert on it and it could potentially become listed in Scotts. Wouldn't that be fun! The "Fluffy Tail Variety".

Hi artlaunier

Unfortunately it is the only one, and that is the only name I could think of.

I only have one other copy of the one cent, but it is normal.
To have it listed would be great.
I am in Australia, any ideas who could certify it here, as I am reluctant to send it os as unfortunately items do go missing in the mail.
Regards
Horamakhet

There is only one person that I would recommend and that would be Bill Weise at http://www.stampexpertizing.com/. There are many other groups that certify stamps such as the PF, APS and others. You can read about Bill here or on VSC.

As to who to do it down under, I haven't a clue.

However, what you have may be nothing more than a smear on the printing plate, that's why I asked about duplicates. If you can determine that it is a consistent, repeatable defect then your chance of getting a minor variety becomes much greater.
