Hello, I need a little assistance in identifying these 1¢ green Franklins.

Here is what little info I done this morning.

1¢ coil perf. 10 yellow green?

1¢ Franklin Perf. 11 1/4 X 10 1/2 (11.25 X 10.50)

1¢ Franklin dark green Perf. 11

My own guess is #597, #632 ,#552? (or 578,594)??

The first one is a 597 the second one is a 632 and the third one I'd say is a flat plate 552 because the design looks a lot smaller than the rotary next to it

That Chicago precancel is a Bureau # 63 and it only went on the 632, not the 578. Woohoo! I know something!

Although scans can be confusing and misleading, it appears that the left stamp is WIDER, the middle stamp is TALLER, and the right stamp is 'just right' to use Goldilocks terminology. On the one-cent issue: Wider stamps have to be SC597 coils or SC594 if perf-11 on all sides. Taller stamps are SC632 or SC596 if perf-11 on all sides, or SC604 if coils. Just right stamps are SC552.
