Looks like Chicago T & T 224 on a Scot cat. 565 (perf.11). It is unusual to find a block of that era that large. nice. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like some debris got in the way of the bottom row second stamp which reads "AGO" instead of "CHICAGO". Not especially valuable, but certainly an interesting curiosity.

something liquid probably bleached out the head color and precancel ink.
