Just happened to come across this web site. Although one would have to purchase the specific articles referenced, I find the summaries shown in this link to be fascinating by illustrating some worldwide postal history forgeries:

The FFE Journal's contain a wealty of information. However they are not cheap! Cost for a PDF article is 20 Euro and a complete Volume is 60 Euro. To date their are 14 Volumes with some being sold out.

There is also Ken Pugh's British North America (BNA) Fakes and Forgeries
(Canada, Provinces, Newfoundland, OHMS, Modern cancels)

I placed an order with Ken for some of his books, but received a reply that he had recently returned from the hospital after having undergone open heart surgery. He said he won't be processing any further orders until he has sufficiently recovered. It's been a while now, I hope he's doing alright.

I have 10 of the FFE's. Their usefulness varies somewhat. Some articles have extremely low quality images, almost like something went wrong during printing. I would expect better quality control from a 90euro book

The content is a nice read though.
