SC 481 Pair Separated By Green Line

I've identified the following as Sc 481. Imperf, flat plate, and no watermark. I've looked at pictures of blocks of this issue online and they lack the green line which mine has. It almost looks like a coil line pair but, of course, that makes no sense. Any thoughts as to what this is?

The flat plate printings were printed from 400 subject plates consisting of 4 panes of 100 each. The panes were separated by vertical and horizontal guide lines. The imperforated sheets were normally not cut into panes.

Ahh, perfect! So one of the pair comes from one "pane" and the other from a second "pane". Thank you for the explanation and the graphic.
