when buying stamps is it better to but an uncut sheet like this or just by a book of 20

I usually get the smaller sheets of 20. I prefer them just because of the storing. They don't take up much room and will fit in a binder for display. That's just me.

Hello daviscfad....

It really depends on whether or not you like the item and can properly protect it. If you can't protect it properly any possible increase in value will be in jeopardy. Press sheets are nice but storing them can be a real problem, especially once you acquire a few dozen.
