Pacific Union Express cover cds Watsonville, California 1865-70?

Assuming this is the same Dr. Ingersoll, what a great piece of early California history.
Dr. T.J. Ingersoll appears in the Santa Clara County records of 1870 and in a greater San Francisco historical record of 1867. He died in 1880 age 73.
Click the links at the bottom for more in the Mountain Charlie saga, including just what the heck E Clampus Vitus is.
