I use the database program that came with my computer. Very self-explanatory to use. Very easy once you get it set up.....and all you pay for is ink and paper. Database programs or Spreadsheets in Windows come with step by step instructions on how to set it up to be used for whatever you like. Good luck.

Inker, do you have Office 2003 or 2007? If you have Excel and know how to use it, I have built spreadsheets that I use to inventory my various collections. I would be glad to share them with you - all you would have to do is repopulate them with the data for your collectionl. It takes a little while, but it's free of money cost.
