What Stallzer said PLUS......GET THEM OUT OF THAT ALBUM QUICK !
The album has been kept in a damp place at some time and some stamps are toned and the album edges are brown. Remove the stamps into something more safe.
as a coin collector I'm drooling that you found some old coins as well as stamps.
The same principles apply as with stamps. Keep them in a safe, dry place.
As to value, upload pics and someone here can help you, (or me).
If you have a collection of used coins, condition is everything. If you have silver, the silver value alone will give them some value.
Look up each coin in a coin collecting book....you never know when you might have a rarity, but based on what we saw with the stamps, it is probably a collection that came out of circulated coins, but could still be nice.
If you have gold coins, then, you've struck gold with today's coin prices!
