Darn my disorganization...

Last week, I received an APS Circuit of United Nations Stamps, but it was a busy week so I had to leave them until the weekend.

Finally, on Sunday I was ready to work through them and see if there were any I could add to my collection. Alas, I couldn't find my Want List, check list, wish list, or whatever you call it.

After a frustrating search, I finally gave up and made a new list. When I finally got around to the circuit books, I did find a few stamps for my collection.

I still hate losing things. I skipped all the New Year's Resolutions threads here on SCF. Those things rarely work for me, but I am definitely going to get my stamp stuff organized.

Just you wait and see

I put all my want lists on Google docs in spreadsheet format.
Easy to get access and share with others.

Not intended as a plug - but dropbox is still free - sort of synchs things to a remote location. Very handy if you want to store files like a want list or images then call them up at a remote place like the library. Not sure if there is any difference between this and google docs.

We're on the same wavelength guys...

I did have the list in Excel, but it was outdated. I had printed it, marked items off the list, but not gone back and updated the electronic copy.

Also, I do use both Google Docs and Dropbox, but in this instance the are irrelevant because I was sitting at the dining room table -- didn't really need the Internet
