Hello everyone. Just making my rounds as a new member.
On this stamp there is a cancel (wait defense) any information on year and location this would apply? Any added or subtract value? Feedback on the stamp it self.

Sorry, but no extra value on that one.

It's a relatively common "slogan cancel" used back during WWII days. I believe the text says in effect (not exact quote): "DON'T WAIT BUY DEFENSE BONDS NOW"
