Hi all - just joined, thought I'd post.
After moving a few months ago, found my childhood stamp collection in a tote. A dug it out to look through and was mildly amazed at what I had accumulated as a 12 year old.. Probably 700-800 US, and maybe another 1000 worldwide..
My eight year old showed interest so I decided to buy some bulk lots for us to go through together and fill the holes...
Now - its just me - going through stamps...damn things...
I also bid on and bought 2 penny blacks...why 2? no idea, but those expensive little pieces of paper are on their way to North Dakota...

Man - I wish I knew what I was planning on collecting... Basically I am just filling in the holes right now in my US Album... And while I'm at it, collecting a ton of duplicates, etc. Which I need to figure out what to do with....maybe I'll organize them by color..
Oh - and my Penny Blacks... Those things are calling my name..
