I was wondering if double precancel like this adds any significant value over regular precancel?

The stamp is perforated 10. Should have watermark, but I couldn't find any.

In this case it adds no value. It's impossible to generalize. Sometimes doubling adds significant value, sometimes it detracts.

Thank you chasa.

Maybe some day I'll get into precancel staff.

Danko, Chicago seemed to be good at doubling as I have a few.
