Philippines W/ Odd Perfs

I posted this US in Philippines on the thread about airmail overprints. I'd noticed on scanning that the perfs on the right side were ragged, and also not at a 90 degree angle to the top and bottom.



Any thoughts from you perforation experts how this could have occurred. Don't imagine it adds to value, or really care. Just find it a curiosity.

Could be an attempt to re-perf that right side. But it would have had to have had a huge right hand margin to do that. The perfs besides being on a less than 90% angle are also not evenly spaced. Maybe it was the last stamp out of the machine and it was pulled at an angle before the perf was cut completely.
