Thank you rod222...you're a Genius!!
I found the issue date(1999)and print type(Nagler).
After a second look in the morning light, I realized the picture is indeed three Bugles.
Finally, I've completed the Foreign Stamp ID project with your help.

Now...on to the USA Stamps!

Shucks, that's boosted the self esteem
Thanks 56female,

"Frama" collecting can be quite specialised
It is in Australia.
Good to see you completing an enterprise.

Not sure about the US, but your "bugles"
are generally accepted in European circles
as "Posthorns"
In the 19th century, postmen on foot, or postillions
would blow the "posthorn" on arrival in the village / town
to deliver the mail. No letterboxes in those days.
Hand delvered as with "radar" in "M.A.S.H"

Perhaps 56female would like to change her thread topic to
something like "Germany : Nagler Vending Label"
to help us search for it in years to come?

Woodcut 1647

showing postillion boy blowing Post Horn.

Mozart wrote parts for the Post Horn
but the instrument is rare and so musicians use a fuegelhorn
(wiki)

Looking at "Edenbourowe" on the woodcut,
that is probably Edinburgh Scotland do you think?
