It's a great find in a kiloware. Sorry I don't have cat. value. It's probably listed in the french catalogues for Monaco.

My old 2006 Part 6 SG catalogue lists this at £375 for either the perf (SG MS458) or imperf (SG MS459) sheet unmounted mint.

Wow looks like I lucked out, The silent auction happens when there are 2 or more bidders interested in a item at the close of auction, the thrift store has a bidding book which you write your bid in, some really great stuff to be had at there auctions.
They will have a auction once every month or 2 and there is usually a lot of stamps in there for auction.
I was bidding against a lady well I won after the auction she asked if there was any thing of value in there as she was not a collector but buying for her son who was with her. I said with a bit of luck there might be. Her son was like Hey mister if there are any stamps you don't want can I buy them from you please he said he was just starting to collect, so I have put a bundle aside for him and a old world wide states man album and big old bag of stamps which should keep him busy.

Irishjack lives in Winnipeg. It's a long way from New Brunswick or even Quebec. It would have been great to be there this past week during the "Festival du Voyageur". I was there to participate in 1983. Doesn't make me any younger.
