They are Stationary cut-outs. Pre-Stamped envelopes that were cut up, cut to shape value is 0.

Stamped envelopes..... cut ovals and circles. These are usually collected as cut squares or entires. Pretty much no collector value of your examples. The Washington 2 cent circle issues have about ten different die types and then about five different sub types of the die types.

Danny, a Pre-stamped envelope - from which your copies were cut.

Hope to see more of your collection here.

Revenue Stamps:

Left stamp is either R201 or R212 (depending on watermark);
Center stamp is R44;
Right stamp is RD31.

All have a catalog value of less than $0.50. However, with stamps (as with any other collectible) condition is everything, so considering the torn corners and damaged perforations, there is really no value to any of the three stamps shown.

I like the Revenue stamp in the middle and it's a crying shame that Columbian Exposition franked envelope was butchered. I really want one of those (complete of course) and when I see these old collections and lots with the "cut-squares" in them I cringe...They didn't know and inn fact it was common practice in the day. What a shame. Thank you for showing those I love that era.
