I'll give it a shot! Left stamp ??( Can't find in Scott). Middle- North Vietnam #954 ??, Right- South Vietnam #75.Hope that this helps you, Scott needs more individual pictures for these 2 countries to make it easier to find the stamps. BTW- this is from the 2011 edition.
I recall vividly being unable to identify the first one as well, I had it as unidentified for a year or so, but thought I would eventually crack it, but I had to eventually defer to SCF as well :(
ajbbarbados, the third stamp is from the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) and refers to their constitution. The most obvious difference between the stamps of North and South Vietnam of the pre-unified era was that the South used the phrase Vietnam Cong Hoa, meaning the Republic of Vietnam, on their stamps while North Vietnam used Viet Nam Dan Chu Cong Hoa, meaning the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. There was at least one other name used by North Vietnam, but it was only for a brief time.
About the first stamp, although Scott, SG, etal may call it a telecommunications stamp, it is celebrating the (re)unification of the railroad line joining Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. The Vietnamese phrase "Duong Sat" literally translates to iron road or railline. Under the French occupation the train line did run from Hanoi in the north to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) in the south, but after the division of North and South Vietnam in 1954 the line was obvious severed until after the reunification of North and South after 1975.
