Thanks -it's Rick isn't it? Caitlin wants to collect US, Ireland and probably all UK, also Germany. Anything will do I guess from these countries.

Thanks Dianne!

I told her to be expecting some stamps in the mail, and she was grinning like crazy! I belive she is really looking forward to collecting.

Rockinrobin, I think the only advice I could possible add to the great advice the others have given, is to guide her "not to go over board". I went a little wild at first until I read some of the seasoned collectors advising me not to go crazy trying to collect everything at once plus it can be overwhelming at times when there's a huge pile to sort and another pile to place into albums and another to put in stockbooks. It sounds like she is starting at a much easier pace then I did--plus she has you to help!

HELP- I don't know how to email from here to send Caitlin's address- is it the "email poster" button on top of each message??

Thanks rlorenz and laswabbie- will send address as soon as I know how to!

Thanks gussyboy1. You are right. I will let her go through just my US extras to start, instead of throwing every country at her, like I was thinking of doing. She has stamps coming in the mail too, so that should keep her busy for a while! Good tip!

Thanks RL, she was shocked to hear that several of you here are sending her stamps for free...she asked me how much for the stamps you are sending, and I had to explain to her that all of you here like to share. So we will just have to "get even" with you later!

Hello-
New here, but I'd be happy to donate a batch of US/world/topicals to help kick-start your daughters interest in collecting.

I'll be checking back frequently in the coming weeks/months...

Cheers,
Fishead
