Are these legitimate postal cancellations or were they done privately? Possibly even some sort of local precancel? Any ideas?

Do the stamps still have gum?

They look like straight-line parcel handstamp postmarks to me, but hard to actually tell without the context of a cover.

Never on a cover. The stamps all have original gum, which made me question whether or not the cancel is really a postal cancel or some other type of marking. I suppose I could see it being a parcel handstamp of some sort. Maybe nothing special, but I also find it interesting that they were all marked in blue ink.
