What precancel type is this? I can't seem to match it up with any of the known PSS listings. Could it be an L-1?

My old `73 catalogue says it`s a L-2 E.
L-1 just uses 2 lines.

Thanks for your response, however, this raises another question.

According to the PSS Album Pages for LIC, NY, the only referenced L-type precancel is an L-1 HS (no L-2's).

Could it have something to do with the precancel being on the 1932 Presidential Series stamp? I seem to recall there is a specialized catalog for the Presidential Series stamps, as there were some varieties of precancels unique to those issues.
