I cant seem to find the Scott number to this stamp - 2003 Deutsche Malerei.
And what is Deutsche Malerei?

It's Scott #2305. It's issued 2005 not 2003.

I dont't know what Deutsche Malerei means, but it's the name of the series.

EDIT: Malerei means painting in germany, so the series is German paintings.
