Help Identify Cri Pinsine Stamp.

The first stamp CRI PINSINE,have not been able to trace it in the web.At the same time would request an opinion on the 2nd stamp a 6c U.S. Airmail stamp.It is perfed on top and all other 3 sides imperfed.Is this an odd stamp?Have not been able to trace this stamp imperf on three sides in the net.Thanks for your assitance and help.

The second stamp is from the end of a booklet pane of 3 that was issued in 1943 (Scott C25).

The Irish value is "tri pingine" or three pence (3d).

FYI
The Irish 3p stamp was issued three times.
1922-23 (as Don says) SC70 Ultra Wmk 44 perf 15x14
but also in
1941, SC111 dull blue Wmk 262 perf 15x14 print size 18x22mm
and
1967 SC225 blue perf 15 print size 17x20.5mm

These can be tricky little guys to id
