I cannot find this one. Thought it may be Malta, Fr. Andorra or Italy but have not had any luck so far. I have 3 of them so I didn't think it would be a label.

The title is in Spanish.

I believe it's from Cuba. You see this style of cancel a lot on Cuban CTOs.

I think it might be a label possibly attached to a series of stamps. The dead giveaway to me is that no monetary denomination is shown, which suggests it is not a stamp that would have seen postal use.

By the way, Google Translate suggests that "detalle de una maza" is Spanish for "Details of a Club" (if that's of any help?)
