Three latest additions.... I collect postage dues, 1919 rotary, and 9cent franklin heads. These fit perfectly!

That 9c Napa one is something else. I assume some company regularly mailed items that were triple-rate or more?

Napa Cal has a long history of precancels srarting with the earlier perf12 w/f's. Quite possible wine related. The variety with CAL inverted is very scarce.
