UHH Newbie here. Received several books of stamps from my dad all pre 1940, foreign and domestic.Amazing history, can get lost for hours, but alas my query is.. several blocks of loose stamps are stuck together, do I soak them and get them to come apart? Also all my stamps ARE hinged, but in really good shape mostly, are all stamps made listed in the scott catalogues? Thanks Ivy
Hmm, I don't know about whether to soak them, or if there is a better alternative. I think all regularly issued stamps are in Scott, but I doubt varietys would be included to a large extent. Now, officials and revenues are to the best of my knowledge NOT listed. Oh, just remember Scott prices are NOT retail prices.
