I have just started to spend more time on U.S stamp so I have many questions to ask I came across a topic of interest "2 cent" Franklin/ Washington Rotary Press 10x12 perf that has sparked my attention to share a little info with them as I myself have been trying to obtain recently on the conclusion of the stamp
