I have in My collection a cancelled 10x12 Rotay Press 2 cent. It is wider and higher than the rest of my U.S stamps I have gathered some info on it never hinged and well centered beautiful piece as it was in a clear slide when I found it. I also need help with this stamp in particular.

Are you saying you have a 2c Washington perforated 10x12 Scott#423E? There has only been one used example ever verified The Philatelic Foundation, According to the 2010 Scott catalog.
