Ok, complete rookie here. Looks like I will need to pick up a scanner too unless we can have larger file sizes later. Having said that, I don't even know if I'm in the correct forum here as I don't know dates. Hopefully t360 can adjust as necessary... Not sure why the first pic is so blurry. It is a very crisp looking set.

of course you need to pick, but IMHO your Teddy Roosevelt would be a good avatar.

A little more detail on #684/720, they are both precancels.
The #684 is a Type 61 precancel with a Sears control date overprinted on top.
The #720 is a Type L28 which was only used by Sears.
