I hate to say it, but forums are privately owned. Anyone who doesn't want to follow the rules, for whatever reason, really has no place joining a forum. Forums exist at the whim of the owners, the rules exist at the whim of the owners, people agree when signing up to follow the rules.

I'm not seeing a credible problem here.

This site is not my "house", I am the guest and I would think the expectation of the host (site owner, admin, etc.) would expect me to abide by the rules of the house. That is no different than when I invite guests into my house. To do otherwise not only is disrespectful to the host, but to the other guests. My purpose for being here is to learn and to share - and happily I have been involved in both!

I did nothing wrong. Definitely never said I was selling any stamps to anyone in here. I just want to know what I have, what things are worth and if I should send anything in...such as that questionable scott 316.

Thats all.

As one who also had an initial thread removed when I first jumped onto SCF, I can say that at that time I was dealt with with courtesy and professionalism just as I believe joegti10 was in this case. From my vantage point, the comments made by all y'all were both objective as well as welcoming. It's a shame that he reacted the way he did, but I think SCF and you folks did everything possible to remedy the problem. He just chose to opt out.
Wish I could remember what that first stupid thread of mine was ...

I can't say I have the time to take this up as a hobby but to pay bills I am interested in parting ways with all of it. If anyone is interested in helping me I would appreciate it.

Well both Kirks and I took this too be an offer to sell, so that's why I removed the thread. End of discussion.
