Hello trevsmom06, welcome!

Photos or scans (preferable with stamps) are good and also post them in a new topic you start in the main stamp collecting forum area on Stamp Community here.
Libraries sometimes have scanners hooked to their computers (if they have computers).
When naming your files remember to Not use spaces in between words but Do use dashes or underscore characters or nothing. Keep the files under 100kb in size or they won't upload, you can use the site's image optimizer to reduce and crop your images.
You could try to visit a stamp club in your area (see APS web site for listings of stamp clubs). A stamp dealer will probably not give you what you could get yourself selling them (if they are of medium value) on
ebay.com or Bidstart.com. They have to make money too.
Are they USA stamps or worldwide? Really old? 1910 and before? New with gum or used with cancellations (postmarks)?
Are they in good condition, that is not ripped or torn or creased or stuck together or bits missing around the edges? That plays a big part in valuing stamps.
