Why Am I Here At Scf?

No local stamp club so I need contact with other collectors. I started collecting while teaching in the Bahamas from 1976-95. Now back in the USA, I buy a lot of on paper kiloware because it's cheaper and FUN to sort. I mostly collect Br Commonwealth and especially several BWI countries. I'm going to concentrate on a few countries because of time and finances: Australia, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, GB/UK, Jamaica, Malta and RSA.
I was born of US parents in the Amazon jungle where I also grew up. Spent over 4 years in the US Navy; most of it on a fast attack nuclear sub. Now, I live in Greenville, SC.
