Hi US-collectors

could you please say if the sale below is a real stamp or proof or just another fake?
http://www.ebay.de/itm/USA-ca-1880-...em2ec1655a22

Thank you!
I will not bid, whatever you answer. Feel free to bid youselves ... I do not know the seller.

Looks way to rough to be a proof. Possibly a very bad forgery? Not even sure who the gentleman with the moustache is supposed to be.

I don't recognise the stamp. It looks like a poster or Cinderella stamp not a postal stamp.

Looks like the design and denomination of either the #179 0r #185 which are both blue. Very bad likeness of Zachary Taylor. This looks like it was made with a rubber stamp. Most assuredly not a real postal stamp or a proof, and probably not a cinderella. Just more junk on ebay.

Definitely not a U.S. stamp, just some sort of replica or possibly a toy reprint for a child's "pretend" collection.

indeed so James. It looks like an attempt to be a Confederate "Red Jack" a VERY poor one too. Who knows but apparently someone liked it enought to buy the poor thing.
